Support multiple streams of income

It's easy for me to keep working in real estate, transaction after transaction and I do love it.  I also love the beach and warm weather...so I keep thinking I want to move there once the kids are in college so how can I buy real estate now?  Who will manage it for me when I'm gone?  Is it worth it or should I start another stream of income?

I finally read Multiple Streams of Income by Robert Allen and realized I don't have to just fret over JUST real estate.  How about that dream of a big idea?  Or of actually working on my laptop while on the deck or patio near the beach?  That's when I found the programs on www.TripleStar.biz - specifically check out the SFI banner.  This is a program I wanted for the longest time.
